It is not a separate estimate. The numbers match the geometry baked into your case so you can measure your board, shields, HATs, and cooler stack against the preview and catch clearance issues before you print.
Most failed electronics cases fail on fit: a USB that is 1 mm off, a cooler that will not clear the lid, or a HAT/shield that needs more height. The fit sheet is the last check that turns "looks good in a render" into "ready to print."
